Unfortunately, Red Heat isn't half as enjoyable as the earlier film, owing to a lack of rapport between the two leading men and an overall lack of inspiration infecting the whole project. The one notable aspect of Red Heat is that it was the first commercial American film to stage scenes in Moscow's Red Square. Last Action Hero 1993

ack Slater is an action-film hero played by Arnold Schwarzenegger. An old projectionist (Robert Prosky) hands a magic movie ticket to Jack's biggest preteen fan (Austin O'Brien), and the kid steps right inside the latest Jack Slater film, becoming the actor star's sidekick in gunfights and car chases. But when Jack's nemesis (Charles Dance) gets his hands on the ticket, the fight busts out into the real world and Jack (à la Toy Story's Buzz Lightyear) refuses to believe he's a fictional character. Director John McTiernan churns some nifty scenes out of this setup, although the fiction-to-reality shuffle is not as deft as in, say, Woody Allen's The Purple Rose of Cairo, and the plot needs the kind of logic and discipline found in that classic when-worlds-collide film Back to the Future. Still, Schwarzenegger has moments of wit and smashing action, and we get a faux-movie trailer advertising an intriguing new shoot-'em-up: "Something's rotten in the State of Denmark--and Hamlet is taking out the trash!"

Demolition Man 1993

Los Angeles in the year 1996. Voilence and terror rule the streets and nothing and nobody is safe. Simon Pheonix is one the worst criminals that Los Angeles has seen. There is only one man who can stop him. L.A.P.D. officer John "Demoltion Man" Spartan. However, When John apprehended Pheonix, he was surprisingly an accessory to Pheonix's recent crime and was also sent to a new prison system called a "Cryo Prison". However, during John Spartan's sentence, Los Angeles' theme and society had dramatically change. The city became a society where everybody is peaceful, nice, kind, and understanding. Somehow, Simon Pheonix was let out of his iced prison and escaped from his parole hearing. now, Pheonix is using the Peaceful society that made Los Angles to his advantage and is destroying it. The Police tried to stop him with their non-violent solutions, but failed. Then, they have no choice but to let out John Spartan to stop Pheonix. Now, Spartan not only has to stop Pheonix, but to adapt himself to the future society he has no knowledge about.

Twins 1988

DeVito and Schwarzenegger as fraternal twin brothers? Hey, why not? This delightful 1988 comedy by Ivan Reitman--about genetically designed twin siblings who discover each other at the age of 35--works out just fine, thanks largely to great chemistry between the two stars. Despite a certain amount of rough action and tension, the film really gets a lift from the palpable innocence Reitman develops, and the female costars (Chloe Webb and Kelly Preston) bring some interesting texture of their own. This is a film that walked the tightrope of a high concept and completely succeeded. To see how easy it is to stumble in a similar situation, check out DeVito and Schwarzenegger in Reitman's Junior.
