Topaz Vivacity is a set of image enhancement plug-ins for Photoshop and other software that reduces ISO and film grain noises with little loss of details;
eradicates JPEG/JPEG 2000 compression artifacts; sharpens and corrects edges without overshooting and noise amplification; and enhance image resolution.
It can also create unique effects from otherwise plain looking pictures.

Topaz Vivacity v1.3.1 has optimized the code for Intel Core dual, Core 2 Dual, and Xeon CPU. Topaz Vivacity now can take advantage
of multiple CPU to substantially speed up processing. In addition, it has fixed compatibility issues on some systems.
