In a posting on their Myspace, Emmy the Great have announced

the name, tracklisting and release date for their recently

completed debut album.



The band headed by Emma-Lee Moss and featuring Culturedeluxe

Records' own Younghusband have named their album 'First Love'

and divulged further details through this interesting MySpace

blog posting.



"apparently there have been accusations of flippancy when it

comes to the album. i do assure you that we're only making fun

because all the other 23 hours of the day we're working really

hard. even now as i type i am thinking hard about the final

mixes (nnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggggg - that is the sound of me

thinking). I don't know if any of this helps but the album

will be called First Love and it is coming out in September."
