Grey’s Anatomy – Die jungen Ärzte ist eine US-amerikanische Fernsehserie von ABC, deren Titel ein Wortspiel mit dem englischen medizinischen Standardwerk Gray’s Anatomy darstellt (identische Aussprache trotz unterschiedlicher Schreibweise). Die erste Staffel wurde von März 2006 bis zum 9. Mai 2006 im deutschsprachigen Raum auf ProSieben gesendet (in den USA wurde die Serie erstmalig im März 2005 ausgestrahlt). Die 2. Staffel wird auf ProSieben seit dem 12. September 2006 ausgestrahlt. In der Schweiz läuft die 2. Staffel bereits seit dem 8. Mai 2006 auf SF zwei. In Österreich läuft die Sendung auf ORF 1 (derzeit ebenfalls zweite Staffel).
